大家要明白的是托福口語的回答重在如何去描述而并非你回答的答案。而且考官在意的也是你的表達。并且口語的準備時間只有15秒，回答時間有45秒，所以在這些有限的時間里面，大家一定要學會迅速的組織語言。

在這里我們就要清楚獨立口語的答題思路，而這個無非就是問你的觀點或喜好，比如說描述一個你想給別人的禮物，當老師與當學生哪個更容易啊等等。而像遇到這類題目的時候，首先是改造題干，因為在托福口語的評分細則中明確指出考生如果使用太多題干詞匯，得分就會偏低。所以我們要改造題目中的詞匯和語句，利用我們從題目中得出的信息作為考試回答的開頭，簡潔的點明主題。然后就要用兩個副主題去闡述所點明出的主題，而副主題后面就要緊跟原因或者是例子，讓考官能夠更清晰直白的體會你的表達。

有些同學對此可能會很難抉擇，一難抉擇就會焦慮，一焦慮就會胡思亂想，那你那里還有答題的思路?其實如果你真的不知道怎么回答的話完全可以回答一個不知道，然后進行一個大單的猜想，這就是我們剛剛重申過的‘考官更在意你的表達而非你的答案’，考官想看到的是你用什么語言結構去描述一個問題。所以你完全可以這樣說：

Wow! I think that’s a pretty difficult question about if security cameras should be in classrooms. I think that if we’re talking about America, unfortunately, I think yes – the classrooms should have video cameras.

這樣回答就可以巧妙的將陌生的題轉(zhuǎn)換為我熟悉的地點類型題。而且既然我們的評分在于語言而不是答案，所以我們在回答時就不要回答的那么的肯定，我們可以在回答的時候在句子里面添加一些其他的成分，讓句子變得復雜點、流暢點，表現(xiàn)我們的語言能力。

在英語中，雖然我們是比較提倡簡潔的，但是口語是有點例外的，口語表達中長句會更地道，因為英國人或美國人的表達并不是我們認為中的直接，相比較我們中文的表達習慣會更直接，比如說我邀請一個漂亮的女孩約會，我問題什么時候有空，她可能會回答‘我最近沒空’或者是‘我星期天晚上有空’，而英語的回答會堆積一大堆無關的細節(jié)，比如：Well, I think I would have time probably on Sunday.

這就是冗詞，所以當我們回答托福獨立題的時候， 盡量的添加一些啰嗦的成分這樣才聽著像native speaker思考的方式。
